Pete Staples
President & Co-Founder 

Pete is responsible for sales & marketing, client relations, and overall management of the business. Pete has five years of project management experience as a satellite payload engineer for Boeing. Prior to that, he worked in a research capacity for Hewlett-Packard (China), Techno-Sciences (USA), and Telia (Sweden). Pete earned an MBA from UCLA, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University, and a bachelor of electrical engineering degree from the University of Michigan.

Judy Wang
Vice President of Operation & Co-Founder

Judy is responsible for supply chain management, finance and human resources. A professional and expert in business operation, Judy has 12 years of international working experience in both US and China in consumer goods industry. Judy served as many senior management positions for multiple companies including Top Result, LVMH group and NIKE. Her last position before joining BCD was Asia Pacific Marketing Director at Brown shoe company.  Judy graduated with B.S.degree in 1998 from Ocean university of China, and earned MBA degree in 2002 from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
